More shine than before
EDIT AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS OF USE: Definitely, this cream is not for me. I apply it at night after showering and after an hour my face looks like a Christmas tree. Much more shine than I already have. The next morning I wake up with my face as if I had poured a bottle of oil on it, horrible. It's a shame because the ingredients promise a lot and the price is fabulous, plus it contains a lot. But the claim of 'recommended for oily skin' I really don't know where they got that from. The cream is fine and has a strong but pleasant smell. However, I have the same shine (or more, if possible) than before using it. It does not control that aspect at all and for me, that's a downside. I have been using it for a month. It is true that the quality-price ratio is great, the jar is very large and lasts a lot. I will continue using it but I won't repurchase for the reason mentioned above. I will add a new review when I have used it longer.

It hasn't worked for me as you can see in the photos, I've been using it for more than 2 months and at least for the spots and new acne appearances it doesn't work. However, I have to say that each person is a world and there are many types of acne, in my case which is possibly hormonal, it doesn't work for me. I don't give it fewer stars because honestly, even though it doesn't work for me, it hydrates my face very well, which was hard to find in other creams, and its scent is quite acceptable, and another thing I also like is its soft texture that doesn't feel uncomfortable in summer like other spot-removing and moisturizing creams. I keep using it even though it doesn't clear my acne because of the incredible way it hydrates my face.

Update: after using it for a few months, I stopped because it doesn't suit my skin type entirely. I have the same oiliness in the T-zone. Maybe for winter, when the skin dries out more, I will use it again, but in my case, it doesn't work as a daily cream. My skin is combination-oily and I have had quite a few problems with creams, because some dry me out too much and others hydrate me excessively and cause breakouts. I bought this cream because a girl with skin similar to mine used it with good results, and after two days of use, I am quite satisfied. Plus, it comes full to the top and a little goes a long way for the whole face; personally, I don't like to apply too much.
